Evaluation of neurodynamic responses in women with frequent episodic tension type headache.
Women with FETTH exhibit generalized lower mechanical pain thresholds during nerve tissue tests.
Lower thresholds were manifested by decreased range of motion in all tests.
•Higher reports of pain were bilaterally observed in 2 out of 3 tests.
•Our results suggest that women with FETTH show heightened nerve mechanical sensitivity.
