How to write evidence based case reports

As clinicians, we must keep in mind that there isn't always evidence that supports or refutes our treatment plans nor the outcomes that we can achieve. Learning how to write up evidence-based case reports is one way how we can communicate to ourselves and other health professionals of practice-based approaches. This short, free article provides insights on how to write up an evidence-based case report so that eventually, these can be published and create 'new' evidence to fill in the gaps.
