PubMed Expose: Dr. Carlo Ammendolia, DC, PhD: ver the past 12 years he has been doing research in the area of implementation of clinical guidelines for low back pain, developing evidence-based interventions to reduce the risk of disability among injured workers and developing non-surgical interventions for degenerative spinal stenosis and disc related spinal pain. Dr. Ammendolia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto, a Knowledge Transfer & Exchange Scientist at the Centre of Research Expertise in Improved Disability Outcome at the University Health Network and a clinical epidemiologist and Associate Scientist at the Institute for Work & Health.
