"The qualitative responses from participants in this study show that patients want LBP care to be more person-centred, to receive better diagnostic information, to be better educated about their LBP and self-management skills. The findings also emphasise how patients value being listened to and believed, being treated as an individual, so that care could be better tailored to their needs."
